I, the undersigned, grant InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA ("InterVarsity"), including its employees, contractors, volunteers, agents and assigns, permission to take photographic images, video and/or sound recordings of me and any outlines, slides, notes or other written and/or electronic materials provided by me in connection with the event/activity specified below (collectively, "Images/Recordings"). I further grant Inter Varsity all right, title, and interest to make, use, publish, display, reproduce, distribute, alter, edit, make derivative works of and from, vend, sell, and/or otherwise make available such Images/Recordings.
I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve any such Images/Recordings or any derivative works thereof and agree that (i) Inter Varsity will solely own the Images/Recordings and any copyright thereto, and (ii) I do not and will not have any claim to any residuals, royalties or other compensation for any uses of the Images/Recordings, including any derivative works thereof.
I understand that the Images/Recordings may be used in any and all media, devices or formats now known or later developed for any purpose (commercial and noncommercial) Inter Varsity deems appropriate, including, without limitation, films, videos, print, Web site postings in audio, electronic, or print format, audio and/or video dramatizations, radio programs, and advertising, publicity, and marketing materials to promote the ministry of InterVarsity.

If applicable, I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby do consent to the terms and conditions of this Release.
